Downtown Properties’ portfolio consists of many
remarkable historic buildings including the award
winning One Bunker Hill Building, 818 W. 7th Street
(formerly known as the Barker Brothers Building), and
the Bradbury Building, which is considered one of the
most extraordinary architectural masterpieces in Southern
California. Downtown Properties also owns the Hollywood
Roosevelt Hotel, one of the trendiest hotels in Los Angeles.
In addition, Downtown Properties
has been involved in the revitalization and transformation
of downtown L.A. The Company led the development of the Douglas Building
Lofts, considered one of the best lofts conversion
project in downtown Los Angeles, and is in the process
of bringing to life two other historic landmarks, the Rowan Lofts and El
Dorado Lofts.
